Road development and implementation of a standardized management system
Terms of introducing a management system depend on the type system (the standard – ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000, HACCP, etc.). And many factors specific to the organization but for the estimated normal pace of work they are 4 months to 12 months.
- Preparation for implementation - once you start work is conducted introductory training for all participants, followed by carrying out diagnostic work on actual practice of the company.
- Design -based on established through diagnostic discrepancies between real activity and requirements of the standard and given the resources and potential of the company, it is planning the future distribution system and the volume of work required to introduce it.
